When you submit a service booking request through our app, we collect the following information:
- Full Name — to identify you and address you correctly
- Mobile Number — to contact you about your booking and send status updates
- Address — to know the service location for our technician
- Preferred Date & Time Slot — to schedule the service visit
- Services Requested — to assign the right technician
- Device FCM Token — to deliver push notifications about your booking status
We do not collect payment card details, passwords, government IDs, or any sensitive financial information. The OTP used for payment confirmation is generated by our admin and never stored after verification.
How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:
- Processing and managing your service booking request
- Sending push notifications when your request is accepted or rejected
- Allowing you to view your past requests in the app
- Enabling our technician to contact you regarding your appointment
- Generating and verifying a one-time payment OTP
We do not use your data for advertising, marketing campaigns, or profiling purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase Firestore, a cloud database service provided by Google LLC. Firebase applies industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Your booking data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the service
- Access to your data is restricted to authorised admin personnel only
- No third party has access to your personal information
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to contact us immediately if you suspect any misuse of your information.
Third-Party Services
Our app integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Messaging) — for data storage and push notifications
- Google AdMob — for displaying in-app advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalisation
- WhatsApp — if you choose to contact our technician, you will be redirected to WhatsApp. We do not collect any data from that conversation

Push Notifications
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send you notifications when your service request status changes — for example, when it is accepted or rejected by our admin.
- Notifications are sent only in relation to your active booking requests
- You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings
- Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the app
Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads help us keep the app free for our users.
- AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to show relevant ads
- We do not share any personally identifiable information with AdMob
- You can opt out of personalised ads through your device's ad settings

Our app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted their information through our app, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
